In April, about three armed robbers entered the place and robbed volunteers. “They took cellphones, laptops but failed to open the safe. They left the safe unopened and fled, leaving a toy gun behind.”

In April, again robbers entered the place and fled with computers.

“Robbers returned again in June and took laptops and cellphones belonging to our volunteers.

“In some instances, they would come and steal a few items including live chickens,” she said.
