Constitution, child grant and ARVs source of all ills

Mukhwantheli Secondary School in Dididi village outside Thohoyandou has been reported to have 31 pupils who are pregnant – three of them impregnated by the same boy.

It seems we as black people have run out of ideas on how to deal with these problems. We just play the blame game. We had youths in the previous government, so what went wrong now?

Why are we beating around the bush when we know the truth. Isn’t it the child grant that is playing a big role in this matter? How many of these recipients are infected with HIV? If South Africans had to buy their own ARVs, how many would engage in unprotected sex? Democracy is killing black people. Our constitution has too many unnecessary rights.
