Cope encouraged by renewed interest in the party
It is clear that South Africans are looking for an alternative party to govern the country.
For the past 25 years, most people voted and put their trust in a party that promises to deliver them a better life, but sadly that faith has been betrayed. Congress of the People (Cope) is currently overwhelmed with requests from communities and communitybased organisations who want to join the party or establish joint relations. Cope’s leadership is hard at work criss-crossing the country to meet communities who have raised concerns about the governance of the country, their province and towns; their living conditions and a lack of service delivery.
