For the past 28 years the ANC failed to collect money owed by Soweto residents for municipal services and now Dada Morero is blaming DA mayor Mpho Phalatse and says there may be no money to pay city workers soon. – Anon

The public protector’s office has become a low-hanging fruit tree for Adv Dali Mpofu and others. What is shocking is that the PP office consists of trained legal minds but Busi Mkhwebane has chosen to engage in deliberate wasteful expenditure.
