Vaal meeting abandoned

Bettors must please note that yesterday’s race meeting at the Vaal was abandoned. The decision to abandon the meeting was taken unanimously following gallops, that it would be unsafe to race following 30mm of rainfall overnight.

The meeting, the first leg of the Work Riders’ Challenge, will now take place on Tuesday 15 November.
