Delicious meals that can be served in a hurry

Just prepare them in advance and freeze until needed

- Asha Maharaj

THESE recipes can be partly cooked, refrigerated and then completely cooked before serving. The mince freezes well without the vegetables. The chicken curry can be substituted with lamb or vegetarian curry. The gravy from the chicken is not added to the bun before baking because it can become soggy. Spoon gravy just before serving. The chocolate pot can be made a few days ahead and topped with syrup for serving.
