MOHALE Ralebitso has been appointed group chairman at FCB South Africa. His business experience includes being founder and director of Itataise Investments and director and co-founder of Bison Capital.

He was formerly the marketing, communications and corporate affairs director of Old Mutual Emerging Markets, managing executive of Absa Private Bank, group marketing executive of Absa Group and chairman of The Jupiter Drawing Room. Steve Smith has been appointed executive head of underwriting management agencies at RMB Structured Insurance.

He will be responsible for business development as well as the management of strategic relationships with the organisation’s underwriting management agency partners.

Smith has 35 years’ experience in the insurance industry and senior experience in the reinsurance market.

He was MD at Flagstone Reinsurance Africa for six years. Prescient Wealth Management has appointed Mark Selcraig executive director of wealth management.

Selcraig has 25 years’ international experience, advising clients on all aspects of their financial affairs.

He was previously director of private banking at HSBC South Africa.

Before that, he was a senior private banker at Bank Hapoalim International in London. Selcraig has also served as vice-president of private banking at Fortis Banque in Geneva, Switzerland. Mzukisi Deliwe has been appointed a director on the Provantage Media Group board.

He was previously general manager of Airport Ads.

Deliwe has many years’ experience, particularly in the airport environment.

He won the Acsa Feather award for best advertising service provider in 2012 at King Shaka International Airport, and last year he was named best advertising service provider at OR Tambo International and Cape Town International airports.
