Ingredient­s

1 tbsp oil 1 tsp cumin ½ tsp black mustard 2 green chillies cut into strips 1 onion, slivered 1 large carrot, julienned 250g tender green beans, topped and tailed 150g white button mushrooms, halved reserved marinade from fish ½ cup water

Method

Heat oil, add cumin and mustard to splutter Add chilli, onion and rest of vegetables Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes Mix marinade with the water, add to vegetables Cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
