Mick Jagger moves on

-

MICK Jagger has been photographed in the arms of a mystery woman at a hotel in Switzerland, months after the death of his long-term partner, L’Wren Scott.

The Rolling Stone, 70, can be seen having his head kissed by an unidentified young woman on the balcony of his hotel, sparking rumours he may have a new girlfriend.

He was left devastated after Scott, whom he had been with for 13 years, committed suicide in March in her New York apartment. She was 49.

It emerged her fashion business had been heavily in debt.

In a statement at the time, the singer said he failed “to understand how my lover and best friend could end her life in this tragic way”.

He said that the couple had spent “many wonderful years together”.

The new photos suggest he is be- ginning to put the tragedy behind him and trying to move on with his life.

Looking relaxed and carefree in an open-neck blue T-shirt, Jagger appeared to be getting close to the woman in his penthouse suite in Zurich during the band’s four-day Switzerland tour last week.

According to The Sun newspaper, which published the photos, he met the woman at a club where she was working as a waitress and the two spent the weekend together.

The couple were photographed again with Jagger wearing a striped shirt and the woman clutching a drink.

The band resumed its world tour in Norway at the end of May after cancelling shows following Scott’s death.
