12 Monkeys

It’s hard to figure out how they managed to stretch the premise of the 12 Monkeys movie into an entire series — with season three due out next year — but I guess we’ll have to watch to find out. This series, based on the sci-fi movie of the same name, stars Aaron Stanford as James Cole, a time traveller from Earth’s dystopian future who returns to a point before a deadly virus wiped out most of the world’s population to seek help from virologist Cassie Railly (Amanda Schull) in hopes of changing history.
