PARK Village Auctions will soon bring to market two luxury homes in northern Johannesburg’s fastest-developing residential and commercial hub.

PVA’s Jaco du Toit says both properties represent an attractive investment for discerning buyers. The first on the block is No 665 in the Saranton private estate in Cedar Avenue West.

The large, double-storey residence has a grand, double-volume entrance foyer, a lounge with fireplace, a kitchen with a scullery and pantry, a dining room, a TV lounge, five en-suite bedrooms and a guest cloakroom. The dining room and TV lounge have sliding doors that open onto a spacious tiled patio with braai.

The property also boasts a triple garage, live-in domestic quarters and a swimming pool. It measures a generous 1 035m².

The second property, 1846 Vallon Place, is in Dainfern Valley Residential Estate, just off Broadacres Drive.

This 1 027m² double-storey residence comprises a lower level with an entrance foyer, a formal lounge, a dining room, a TV lounge, a guest cloakroom, a kitchen with a scullery, two en-suite bedrooms with dressing rooms, and a guest cloakroom.

Glazed sliding doors on the lower level provide access to an untiled patio with a built-in braai. The upper level has a landing area, a passage, a family room, a TV lounge, a study and three en suite bedrooms, each with its own dressing room. Glazed sliding doors from the three upper-level bedrooms provide access to an untiled balcony overlooking the garden.

Both properties go under the hammer on Tuesday at 11am. Viewing of the Dainfern Valley property is from 10am on the day of the auction. Viewing of the Saranton property is today from noon to 4pm.
