The four portions make up about 2 000ha together and have grazing lands and dry lands.

One of the portions of the farm Donkerhoek has 120ha of water rights and 17 boreholes of which 14 are coupled with the irrigation and reservoirs.

There are eight mother lines and four pivots with water rights for four circles. These farms also have cement dams and cribs, cattle-handling facilities and storage facilities.
