Repossessed vehicles galore
Passenger, fleet and trade assets available
The final auction of the year for WH Auctions will be online, offering repossessed and fleet-maintained assets located in Cape Town, Johannesburg and various other parts of South Africa.
Martin Dibowitz, who heads WH Auctions’ recently opened Cape Town branch, says the auction company has decided to run its year-end auction on its dedicated, timed online site, which allows buyers to bid effectively from anywhere in the world.
“The auction will include a large selection of repossessed, running and non-running passenger and commercial vehicles from a leading financial institution, along with a tow-behind compressor and a 2016 widebody UV printer,” he says.
“In addition, there are a number of latemodel Chevrolet 1.4 bakkies with full service histories and canopies, as well as some 23seater buses and an Isuzu personnel carrier. A variety of small four- and six-ton rigid trucks and some construction equipment will also be sold.”
Assets that are to be found outside Cape Town include a number of Toyota Corolla 1.3 sedans and Isuzu KB250 bakkies and a variety of trailers.
“The assets may be viewed up until the bidding ends and the WH staff will be able to assist with any queries from registering for the auction to details of the assets available for sale,” says Dibowitz.
He adds: “Our online auctions have been run successfully for the past five years, and the user-friendliness of our dedicated system allows a seamless bidding process.”
The auction will end at 1pm on Tuesday. To participate, all bidders will need to be registered. Potential bidders may contact Graeme Grobbelaar on 084 200 6272 or on graemeg@whauctions.com for assistance in this respect.
