● WH Auctions is holding four auctions this week, starting on Tuesday with a contractor’s equipment auction on behalf of Aveng in Jet Park.

On offer is a wide selection of high-quality equipment that ranges from Caterpillar and Komatsu dozers, excavators and wheelloaders to Volvo ADTs, Mercedes-Benz tipper trucks and Toyota LDVs.

Notable features in this auction are the items for road construction specialists, including rollers, mills and chip-spreaders. With over 109 lots, WH expects to see contractors bidding both live and online from around the country.

Also on Tuesday, WH Auctions Cape will hold its monthly yard auction at its Epping premises, featuring repossessed cars and trucks along with late-model fleet-owned construction equipment.

2017 Chrysler 300C with low mileage a big drawcard

A 2017 Chrysler 300C with just 500km on the clock will be one of the big drawcards among the 50 or so cars.

Wednesday will also be a busy day for WH. Online buyers will be bidding on a wide selection of computer numerical-control engineering equipment such as mills, lathes and guillotines.

At the same time, WH Auctions Midrand head office will be auctioning about 180 lots of farming equipment, construction equipment and transport fleet.

Live and internet bidders will be able to buy a wide range of items including two latemodel Claas harvesters and a Caterpillar Challenger tractor. There will also be a large selection of smaller equipment and rigid trucks.
