Quick changes on New Dawn patrol

-

Baba kaD’s successor, Mr Thuma Mina, also known as McBuffalo, went to Tembisa on Friday to launch his campaign of reversing the damage caused by the Nkandla Crooner’s years of misrule. But political parties have a tendency to blur the lines separating the state from the party, and it was no different at the Thuma Mina launch. At a public meeting where it was all of sudden decided that residents would be issued title deeds for their houses, McBuffalo quickly took off his ANC regalia in a clearly late attempt to hide the blurring of the lines. A few hours later he was addressing a rally at a local stadium in his ANC biker jacket. Even in the so-called New Dawn, bad habits die hard.
