Enjoy a nine-night cruise from Budapest to Bucharest (or vice versa) sailing the Danube on the recently refurbished SS Beatrice. The ship passes through Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Romania and Serbia with sailings between now and October 2018.

During the voyage, you will see the lofty spires of Hungary’s Parliament Building in Budapest, eat with farmers in Croatia and artists in Romania, and visit the pretty Bulgarian hill towns of Veliko Tarnovo and Arbanassi and the rock-hewn churches of Ivanovo, a Unesco world heritage site.

You will cruise through the famous Iron Gates and tour Belgrade by bicycle.

The all-inclusive cruise includes hosted shore excursions, gratuities, all meals on board, airport transfers, wifi, and all entertainment and cultural enrichment on board. You’ll also stay in a fine riverview stateroom.

The “Highlights of Eastern Europe“is priced from R62 900 per person. This includes seven nights aboard the ship and two nights in Bucharest in a luxury hotel. The price excludes port charges of R2 100 pp.
