Jacobs says dessert was a sort of calling. “We were walking towards our car having completed a meal at a restaurant. I sensed something intriguing in the mood of our group. Everybody was on cloud nine after this wonderful experience. The delectable menu and especially the dessert resonated with everyone, and I realised the transformative power of good food. I found my passion, to create taste sensations that play havoc with the taste buds.”
