Electrical firm sell-off sale not to be missed

Commercial building, equipment, vehicles go on the block

● On Thursday Park Village Auctions will bring to market assets which stem from the liquidatio­n of an electrical and mechanical contractin­g concern based in Emalahleni.

PVA’s LeRoy Augustyn says the auction is a must for similarly related concerns.

First under the hammer is a large doublestor­ey commercial building. The ground floor of the property comprises a reception area, four offices, a kitchen and bathroom facilities. The first floor features five offices, two open-plan offices, a boardroom, a kitchen, a large warehouse, bathroom facilities and a change room area.

Located at 39 Toerien Street, Witbank extension 56, Emalahleni, the property is convenient­ly situated in an industrial hub which is easily accessible from Watermeyer Street as well as the N12 and N4 highways.

Thereafter, the contents and movable assets will be sold. Loose assets comprise office furniture, generators, compressor­s, ladders, welders, assorted hand tools, bench grinders, and stock including galvanised trunking, rolls of cabling, shelving, mesh grids and salvage metal.

Vehicles on the block include a 2008 Isuzu KB300 D-Teq, a 2009 Opel Corsa Utility 1.4, and a Jurgens Bt670 Trailer.

The auction will start on site at 11am on Thursday. Viewing will be available the day before from 10am to 3pm.
