Pay-back-the-money time

-

This week the state capture inquiry officially began. We applaud the SACP as the first to raise its voice on this matter.

Hopefully, deputy chief justice Zondo and his team will do their best to ensure that corrupt activities under former president Jacob Zuma are uncovered. Under Zuma we have suffered while his friends, family and close comrades were busy amassing wealth at our expense.

Our state-owned enterprises are at the point of no return as they depend on the very same government to survive. Zuma was among those responsible for this because he changed his cabinet like he changed underwear.

It is now time for him to account. If necessary, he and those who benefited must pay back the money or go to jail. Their behaviour was treasonous and they must pay for their greed.
