● Digitalisa­tion company e4 has appointed Masego Khutsoane its new divisional head of financial services.

Khutsoane joins e4 after holding senior positions at the JSE, Absa, Woolworths Financial Services and Nedbank. She has a bachelor of informatio­n systems degree and an honours degree in strategic management. ● Ricardo Cravo Ribeiro has been appointed MD of mining services company Rosond.

He has worked his way through the ranks since 2000, as group administra­tor, group analyst and group operations manager, before becoming group operations director in 2012. He was involved in the management buyout of Rosond from Geosond in 2011. ● Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has appointed Marelise van der Westhuizen as CEO and Kevin Cron as nonexecuti­ve chair of Norton Rose Fulbright SA.

The appointmen­ts follow the retirement of Sbu Gule after more than 25 years of practice.

Van der Westhuizen is the first woman to lead Norton Rose Fulbright’s South African practice.

She is a director in the commercial litigation team and also serves as head of the firm’s risk advisory practice in SA. She was previously the executive chair in SA.

Cron is the head of the South African corporate, mergers & acquisitio­ns and securities team.
