● Dig­i­tal­i­sa­tion com­pany e4 has ap­pointed Masego Khut­soane its new di­vi­sional head of fi­nan­cial ser­vices.

Khut­soane joins e4 af­ter hold­ing se­nior po­si­tions at the JSE, Absa, Wool­worths Fi­nan­cial Ser­vices and Ned­bank. She has a bach­e­lor of in­for­ma­tion sys­tems de­gree and an hon­ours de­gree in strate­gic man­age­ment. ● Ri­cardo Cravo Ribeiro has been ap­pointed MD of min­ing ser­vices com­pany Rosond.

He has worked his way through the ranks since 2000, as group ad­min­is­tra­tor, group an­a­lyst and group op­er­a­tions man­ager, be­fore be­com­ing group op­er­a­tions di­rec­tor in 2012. He was in­volved in the man­age­ment buy­out of Rosond from Geosond in 2011. ● Global law firm Nor­ton Rose Ful­bright has ap­pointed Marelise van der Westhuizen as CEO and Kevin Cron as nonex­ec­u­tive chair of Nor­ton Rose Ful­bright SA.

The ap­point­ments fol­low the re­tire­ment of Sbu Gule af­ter more than 25 years of prac­tice.

Van der Westhuizen is the first woman to lead Nor­ton Rose Ful­bright’s South African prac­tice.

She is a di­rec­tor in the com­mer­cial lit­i­ga­tion team and also serves as head of the firm’s risk ad­vi­sory prac­tice in SA. She was pre­vi­ously the ex­ec­u­tive chair in SA.

Cron is the head of the South African cor­po­rate, merg­ers & ac­qui­si­tions and se­cu­ri­ties team.
