On Tuesday, advocate Cecile Zwiegelaar told the high court in Mahikeng that convicted killers Pieter Doorewaard, left, and Phillip Schutte had been sleeping on hard floors and without bedding in police cells in Mmabatho. She said they were fed only dry bread and neither of them had toiletries. Judge Ronald Hendricks instructed the state prosecutor, advocate Rapula Molefe, to look into the matter
