● Van’s Auctioneers would like to invite all buyers to this liquidation auction of quality immovable properties and a variety of engineering equipment.

The auction will take place on August 29 at 331 Koos de la Rey Street in Pretoria North and will start at 11am.

The four immovable properties will be offered separately and jointly. The first is an industrial premises of just over 2,500m². It consists of a double-volume warehouse with a reception area, offices, a boardroom, kitchen, bathroom and covered parking for 17 vehicles.

The second property, close to the first one and at 323 Koos de la Rey Street, is similar in size and also zoned as Industrial 1. It also has a double-storey industrial warehouse. There is a workshop on the ground level and offices on the first floor.

The two residential properties are located at 326 and 328 Jan van Riebeeck Street, Pretoria North, and are adjacent to each other. The first stand measures just less than 1,300m² and the other one just more than 2,500m².

Both houses have three bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and lounge. They also have large, open areas and thus offer the potential for further development.

The loose assets consist of vehicles, industrial equipment and furniture. The vehicles include a 3t forklift, a Hyundai

H100 drop-side, a Tata Telcoline single-cab bakkie and a variety of trailers.

Buyers of loose assets and equipment will have a large variety to choose from. This includes spray booths, compressors, plasma cutters, pipe benders, drill presses, cut-off saws and much more.
