State-of-the-art food tech, plus recipes

-

● Park Village Auctions (PVA) is inviting offers to purchase assets and goods of a modern food manufacturing facility with advanced food-processing and packaging technologies.

PVA’s Andrew Dix-Peek says the available assets are relatively new, as the concern from which they stem (in liquidation) began operating in 2018.

Plant and equipment assets include two 2018 Acepak pouch fillers, a 2018 FBR-Elpo 1,000l/h mixer, a 2018 Doseuro A-125N antioxidant tank and a 2018 FBL FL-10 automatic pasteurising and cooling tunnel.

Branding, recipes and finished products from the De-lish brand “of vitamin-fortified affordable foods” are to be sold as well.

“The collective assets up for grabs … present an excellent opportunity for one to continue the De-lish line of foods as is or produce any number of dairy, fruit juice or soup lines as desired,” says Dix-Peek.

Viewing will take place on site at the corner of Hoefyster Street and Leader Avenue, Stormill Ext 5, Roodepoort, on October 10 from 9am to 4pm. More information and images are available on www.parkvillageauctions.co.za under listing reference 378.

The assets are to be sold as individual lots or as a combined lot, subject to the terms and conditions that accompany the detailed list and offers documents available from PVA — call 011-789-4375. The joint liquidators reserve the right not to accept the highest or any other offer. Offers close at noon on October 14 and are to be submitted via e-mail to andrew@parkv.co.za.
