Erinvale estate home goes on auction

The auction is by Van’s Auctioneers, which describes the house as “a beautiful family home”.
Erinvale is located at the foot of the Helderberg mountains, and close to wine farms like Lourensford and Vergelegen.
It is situated near the suburbs of Helderberg, Spanish Farm and Morningside.
Somerset West offers amenities that include a shopping mall on the road to nearby Strand and Gordon’s Bay.
The golf estate is about a 40-minute drive from the Cape Town International Airport on the N2 highway.
Van’s Auctioneers says Erinvale is a “very popular estate among local and international buyers, with a very strong presence of especially German citizens”.
The estate was established in 1995 and has become “one of the top estates in SA”.
It also features an 18-hole golf course designed by Gary Player, winner of nine major championship titles.
