Harvey Buthelezi has an impressive CV. According to his LinkedIn profile, he holds an LLM in maritime law from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. He worked for audit services giant KPMG and Transnet before joining the health department as chief of staff in MEC Qedani Mahlangu’s office. He was group chief operating officer of Southern Palace until June this year.
