Fill gaps using foam filler

Few foam fillers boast the strong cell structure that Den Braven PUR Foam has

-

PUR Foam fillers are used to fill large cracks between walls, ceilings, floors and gaps around pipes, windows and door frames during the building process. Den Braven PUR Foam is highly regarded in the market thanks to its strong, dense cell structure, good sound and thermal insulation. Not all foam fillers have this strong, dense cell structure. PUR foam must be stored and transported upright, and handled with care at all times.

Application

• Clean and prepare all surfaces. Adhesion and curing speed are improved if substrates are premoistened by spraying with water.

• Attach the nozzle and shake the canister well. Turn the canister upside down, spray the foam to fill about a third of the area. The foam expands as it cures.

• Moisten the fresh foam immediately after application.

• Cut away the excess foam once cured.

• Cover the foam with plaster or Acryl-W (Den Braven acrylic sealant), and paint.
