Park Village Auctions will soon bring to market a vacant, unimproved residential stand in the upmarket Steyn City Residential Estate in Johannesburg.

The property in question, No 12 Lake View Lane (portion 34 of erf 23), measures 1,296m² in total. The stand lies close to two sports centres, The Deli, a clubhouse, Palazzo Steyn and a restaurant.
It falls within Park Ridge, a west-facing suburb that offers golf course and parkland views and is conveniently accessible via the William Nicol gatehouse.

The auction will take place online via webcast tomorrow, March 8, at 11am.
