● A factory complex in Alberton’s industrial business district will be auctioned next month.
It is situated in what is known as Alrode, to the south of Johannesburg.
The property is close to several manufacturing, processing, distribution and logistics concerns and is within easy access of major roads. It is also near the Alrode train station, a taxi rank and a shopping mall.
The auction will be run by Park Village Auctions (PVA).

The auctioneers said the factory was set on 1.27ha with offices and a large parking area, some of it covered.
The loft-like double-storey offices include a reception area, boardrooms, ablution facilities and a kitchen.
The industrial part houses a steel-cutting factory and large, open areas fitted with 5t, 8t and 10t overhead cranes
