● Technology group Liquid Intelligen­t Technologi­es SA has appointed Sandile Ntsele as CFO for its local operations. Ntsele, who was previously CFO for MTN SA, is a chartered accountant.

He has worked in both African and Middle Eastern markets during his 20-year career.

Liquid SA CEO Deon Geyser said: “His in-depth understand­ing of the industry we operate in and experience in leading organisati­onal transforma­tion will be a great asset to the executive team.”

● Greg Wilson, CEO of ICT solutions provider Reflex Solutions, has been appointed executive chair of the Reflex Solutions board and group CEO of Myriad Capital, which is the majority shareholde­r of Reflex.

Paul Divall will replace Wilson as CEO of Reflex Solutions.

Wilson said: “I will be available as a mentor to the business and ensure that we have relevant and meaningful offerings to clients, while ensuring our investors are engaged and happy.”

Divall, who previously sat on the Reflex board as a Jasco representa­tive, is an electronic­s engineer by profession and has an MBA.

He also has business experience in both the ICT carrier and enterprise markets.

“I am extremely excited about this opportunit­y and really motivated to lead Reflex Solutions as it evolves into something even bigger and more significan­t,” Divall said.
