While medical aids are congratulating themselves on their flu savings, they should be ashamed of themselves for allowing South African hospitals and surgeries to be turned into Covid madhouses. The payment for chronic disease treatment lapses and delayed cancer diagnosis and treatment will be due in the near future. Best you keep your “savings” for the members who paid them.
