Tough time for Absa to lose CEO, but he surely had to move on

In reference to the departure of Absa CEO Daniel Mminele: if the head of the organisation has no influence or doesn’t believe in the strategy, there is no way he can rally the organisation around its implementation. Better to move on. Bit of a rudderless ship in some tricky waters — not sure I’d be an investor at the moment.
