Rand Water Zwartkoppies building, plant, equipment all up for grabs

-

● Park Village Auctions is inviting offers to buy the Rand Water Zwartkoppies building, plant and equipment as one lot. PVA’s Werner Burger says the sale represents an unprecedented opportunity as the demand for steel tubes and pipes continues to grow.

“Seamless steel pipes are indispensable for industrial sectors like oil and gas, mining, construction and manufacturing.

As factmr.com says, the global steel tube market is poised for a 2.1% CAGR between 2022 and 2032,” says Burger.

Machinery and equipment include, among others, redundant industrial pipe rollers, overhead cranes, welders, vertical bandsaws and baking and cooling bays.

Under the banner of “building”, demolishing the entire workshop, roof, steel structure, electrical cables, brickworks and X-ray structure are listed.

Steel pipes and scrap metal make up the material components to be included in the sale.

Viewing will be held on Thursday from 9am to noon. Offers must be submitted to PVA in writing no later than 2pm on Thursday, subject to the terms and conditions available on PVA’s website, www.parkvillageauctions.co.za, under web ref number 1058.
