FESTIVE 75

This is a seasonal expression of the wartime classic cocktail – the ‘ French 75’ – an elegant, refined, uplifting tipple, perfect for any celebratio­n.

Ingredient­s

25ml BOMBAY SAPPHIRE gin

15ml freshly squeezed lemon juice

15ml home-made sugar syrup (2:1 ratio) 60ml MARTINI Prosecco (chilled and freshly opened)

1 spritzed lemon peel twist

Method

Shake the BOMBAY SAPPHIRE, freshly squeezed lemon juice and sugar syrup briefly with cubed ice for around 10 seconds. Fine strain the mixture into a chilled, sparkling wine glass including 60ml of Prosecco. Garnish with a trimmed lemon peel twist, spritzed over the drink and placed in, and a whole star anise.

BRAMBLE AND GINGER ALE

BOMBAY BRAMBLE provides the ideal base for those looking for natural fruit infusions in their gin. Add a little spice to those long, lazy, summer days by mixing it with ginger ale. Ingredient­s 25ml Bombay Bramble

150ml ginger ale

Orange wedge

Method

Build over cubed ice in a highball glass. Garnish with a fresh orange wedge.

ROSÉ SPRITZ

With notes of elderflowe­r and orange built on a base of BOMBAY SAPPHIRE and pink vermouth, this is ideal for summer time to serve to sip, savour and enjoy.

Ingredient­s

50ml BOMBAY SAPPHIRE gin

25ml MARTINI Rosato vermouth

100ml premium tonic water or elderflowe­r tonic (chilled)

2 fresh orange wedges

Method

Gently squeeze a fresh orange wedge into a balloon glass then drop it in. Add BOMBAY SAPPHIRE & MARTINI Rosato vermouth and swirl the glass to infuse the flavours. Fill the glass to the top with cubed ice and top with chilled tonic water or elderflowe­r tonic. Gently stir to combine and then garnish with a wedge of fresh orange.
