7/10 R179.99 1.3kg (Pre-cooked apricot-glazed with pineapple slices and red cherries)

Lerato: I like the sweet/honey taste of the glaze.

Dale: The glaze creates a chewy exterior, but a decent layer of fat adds good flavour. Andrea: A little on the tough side and too dry for my liking.

2. Roast beef 7/10 R189.99 800g (Pre-cooked beef topside rubbed with a spice blend)

Nick: Lovely flavour and cooked perfectly.

Dennis: A good traditiona­l roast beef with a hint of spice. Dale: Lacking in flavour.

3. Stuffed roast chicken 8/10 R179.99 1.3kg (Partially deboned pre-cooked chicken stuffed with buttery rosemary infused cranberry crumb with cranberry glaze)

Lerato: Loved the herbs.

Noni: Very delicious, crispy skin. Stuffing was a little dry. Kenneth: Stuffing had too much rosemary, chicken good.

4. Pickled tongue 7/10 R79.99 per kg ( Boiled to package instructio­ns, served plain).

Noni: Good texture and flavour. Martin: I really enjoyed it, tender and flavoursom­e.

James: Soft and tasty.
