Lighthouse Property Group – moving on up

-

IT has been two years since the Lighthouse Property Group opened its doors for business in Ballito, and it has now moved offices to Suite 1 of The Circle in Douglas Crowe Road, Ballito.

“We are very excited about this move,” says MD Greg Harris. “We are looking forward to being more in the public eye and more accessible to our clients, especially our holiday makers.”

Harris’s vision for the company has always been to operate all facets of the property industry – residential sales, holiday letting, long-term letting and commercial – under one roof.

“We are now in a position to service all our clients’ property needs,” continues Harris.

“We have set ourselves high standards of service excellence and are proud of the reputation we have achieved as market leaders in our area. We constantly strive to improve our service by monitoring our customer feedback, and correcting our systems and procedures where necessary to ensure we stay on top!”

The group’s long-term letting division has grown considerably over the past 18 months and now employs four full-time letting agents under the direction of branch manager, Bev Urqhart.

“Our holiday letting division has also been in operation for approximately 18 months now and we are very happy with the inroads we have made in this area. Hot on the heals of these two divisions is our residential sales division, ably led by sales manager, Michelle Dickinson. Our newest team member is Paul Johnston, a commercial broker.

“We believe the company’s continued growth is attributed to our committed team members, exceptional service and an unrivalled reputation for integrity.

We look forward to the future development of the Lighthouse Property Group,” concludes Harris.
