West Hills Estate starts to take shape

-

WEST Hills Estate, the new residential estate development in Durban’s Paradise Valley, is starting to take shape. Well over 60 percent of the stands have been sold – and with 75 percent of these sales being land only, the streetscapes within the estate are set to be interesting and varied. The houses will all be individually designed while still conforming to the architectural guideline in place.

“It is an extremely exciting time as our buyers are now working with their architects designing their dream homes. And now that the civil contractors have commenced the installation of services, West Hills Estate is a hive of activity,” says Jill Mouat of the West Hills sales team. “Due to this work by the civils contractors, on some days clients visiting the site might be directed to use an alternative, temporary entrance.

“The development also offers building packages for those who don’t want the stress of designing and building their own home.”

Located in the suburb of Paradise Valley, West Hills Estate offers convenience, safety and tranquility. The close proximity of the N3 and M13 provides quick access to the Westville shopping precincts, The Pavilion, Westville Life Hospital, Westway Office Park as well as to good schools and the Westville Campus of the University of KZN.

Perimeter electric fencing with 24-hour guards and access control gives West Hills Estate homeowners the peace of mind that their security is not compromised. “Because yards can be fenced or walled in accordance to design criteria, West Hills is also pet friendly, which is quite unusual in gated estates” continues Mouat.

“Our onsite sales office is open every Sunday from 12midday to 5pm and during the week from Tuesday to Friday between 11am and 5pm – or you can call Fio Wilsworth on 082 776 6111 to make an arrangement to view our exciting new development.” The informative website –
