I am the former chairwoman and a member of the board of trustees for Seda Constructi­on Incubator and a former member of the Constructi­on Industry Developmen­t Board. When was your company establishe­d?

The idea of the dessert business arose two years ago and we put it into action this year. What is your product range?

We make cheesecake­s, tarts, malva puddings and home-made ice cream. Why did you go into desserts?

I have a sweet tooth and enjoy making them. I started making ice cream and serving it to friends and family. My catering background enabled me to play with ideas. BC Forbes said “work is the meat of life, pleasure is the dessert”. I enjoy providing pleasure and happiness
