I am the former chairwoman and a member of the board of trustees for Seda Construction Incubator and a former member of the Construction Industry Development Board. When was your company established?
The idea of the dessert business arose two years ago and we put it into action this year. What is your product range?
We make cheesecakes, tarts, malva puddings and home-made ice cream. Why did you go into desserts?
I have a sweet tooth and enjoy making them. I started making ice cream and serving it to friends and family. My catering background enabled me to play with ideas. BC Forbes said “work is the meat of life, pleasure is the dessert”. I enjoy providing pleasure and happiness
