TOYOTA Corollas must be among the most excruciatingly nice cars on the road. Corollas are considered to be frugal, adequately powered, reliable and pretty comfortable.

Avikar Oodit is a Durban BCom marketing, and mixed martial arts, student with an affinity for cars and automotive audio.

Oodit is also the very proud owner of this week’s “Sweet Ride”, which is a rather individually enhanced Toyota Corolla 140i.

Mechanically, Oodit’s car boasts a completely stock standard ultra reliable and fuel efficient 140i VVTI factory fitted powerplant.

The car’s performance has been enhanced, thanks to a 53mm performance freeflow exhaust system with the aesthetics of an RSi tip.

The exterior was enhanced to feature an HID lighting kit, LED fog lamps, a matt black dipped spoiler and mirrors, while its interior received some custom carbon fibre work on the door panels and on the centre console.

This Toyota also sports a range of cool graphics and tinted windows.

In keeping with Oodit’s passion for automotive acoustics, his car showcases an Alpine USB, Bluetooth head unit with Pioneer mid-range speakers, Sony Xplode 6x9s, a set
