TIME is running out to submit offers for a Durban CBD landmark skyscraper, 320 Pixley, currently the subject of disposal by private tender by the Broll Property Group in Durban.
The closing date for tenders for what is regarded as one of the biggest commercial property sales in Durban for many years is February 10.
The 32-storey building has frontages in Dr Pixley Kaseme Street (formerly West Street) and in Monty Naicker Road (formerly Pine Street). Located in the ethekwini Urban Development Zone (UDZ), the building is one of the most recognisable landmarks on the Durban skyline and has been the preferred choice for prominent Durban businesses over many decades. The headquarters for several blue-chip companies and thriving small businesses, it firmly positioned itself as the premier office tower in the city.
