Liquidated panel beating and spray-painting company to sell all its equipment Popular timeshare resort to come under hammer
ON APRIL 19 at 10am Peter Maskell Auctioneers will call for bids for the assets of the provisionally liquidated Concorde Panel Beaters.
Viewing for the sale is on April 17 and 18 from 10am to 2pm at the auction venue: 6 Oregonfield Close, Springfield Park in Durban.
Assets of the panel beating and spray painting company, which has operated in Durban for decades, include hi-tech chassis straighteners manufactured by two of the world’s leading producers of panel beating equipment.
The chassis-straightening equipment are:
A 10-ton straightener produced by the American company, Chief Automotive Technologies. Chief is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of quality collision repair products and services, including frame-pulling equipment, vehicle-anchoring systems and measuring systems. The company’s collision repair equipment is exceptionally powerful, versatile and THE POPULAR Gethlane Lodge timeshare resort near Burgersfort will be auctioned by In2assets on April 24 at 11am.
Gethlane Lodge has for decades successfully operated as a First Resorts timeshare resort and hotel. The resort comprises about 175ha of bird-rich indigenous forest in a well-stocked game farm.
There are site improvements of over 5 000m² on the nearly 9 000m² stand about 17kms south of Burgersfort in Limpopo province, on the road to Mashishing (formerly Lydenburg) in Mpumalanga.
The lodge can accommodate 220 guests and its conference specifically designed to service modern cars and trucks, which are technologically light years ahead of those that rolled off the assembly line years ago.
A Spanesi SC170 straightening bench, part of the expansive range of body shop equipment from the European producer Spanesi. Founded in 1989 by Orazio Spanesi, the Italian company has become a leader in its field with its products used in over 100 countries.
Among the other modern equipment on offer at the auction will be a FI.TIM Jollift flex vehicle lift, Aer-o-cure spray booths, Intairco spraying units, as well as various hoists, spot welders, panel beating and workshop tools, as well as office furniture. A 2012 Chevrolet single cab utility vehicle is also among the lots.
Peter Maskell Auctioneers has advised all potential bidders that equipment purchased must be removed from the premises by the end of this month.
