Boutique hotel in prime holiday spot

A BOUTIQUE hotel in Ballito will fall under Peter Maskell Auctions’ hammer on Wednesday, September 5, at 11.30am.

The urgent liquidatio­n sale will take place on site at The Caledon Boutique Hotel and Spa (which has also traded as Boulevard 44 Boutique Hotel) in Lee Barns Boulevard in Ballito’s Caledon Estate.

Danielle Hoskins, who is handling the auction, says although the 36-bed hotel has not been operationa­l for a while, the property has tremendous potential for refurbishm­ent and rebranding.
