A BOUTIQUE hotel in Ballito will fall under Peter Maskell Auctions’ hammer on Wednesday, September 5, at 11.30am.

The urgent liquidation sale will take place on site at The Caledon Boutique Hotel and Spa (which has also traded as Boulevard 44 Boutique Hotel) in Lee Barns Boulevard in Ballito’s Caledon Estate.
