The incomplete residence – a “renovator’s dream house” – forms part of a multi-property auction that will take place at Aucor’s head office at 16 Imvubu Park Place, Riverhorse Valley.

The double-storey main house, at 83 Hendon Road, features a veranda and two bedrooms on each level as well as kitchens both upstairs and downstairs.

In addition, attached to the main house upstairs are another two bedrooms as well as an open-plan lounge and kitchen.

There are also two granny flats: one with two bedrooms, and the other with one, and an outside storeroom.

Rona Pillay, who is handling the auction, says the granny flats are housed in a building with two sections that can be let individually to different tenants.

“All the living areas have their own entrances so there is plenty of scope for letting the various sections of the house.”
