Religious gather to quell crime
MEMBERS of the Mohammedeya Musjid (mosque) in Overport are rallying together to curb the prevalence of crime in Durban.
The group has planned a mass gathering of interfaith leaders and communities at the mosque, which is situated on Moses Kotane (Sparks) Road, on November 21.
At the gathering, due to start at 8am, various religious leaders, city and SAPS heads are expected to address crime related issues. The “Conquering Crime Through Mass Gathering” event will end in prayer.
