IAN WYLES Auctioneer­s will be selling two industrial properties in Riverside Industrial, Newcastle, on May 27 at 11am. The live, as well as online, auction will be at The Oyster Box, Umhlanga.

10 Stephenson Street consists of three double-volume industrial factories/ warehouses with offices and staff facilities. They have a gross lettable area of 1 135m², 2 500m² and 1500m² on a site of 1.49 hectares.

9 Edison Street, on 1.79 ha, has two double-volume industrial factories/warehouses with offices and staff facilities with a gross lettable area of 5 331m².

Adequate on-site parking is available at the rear and front of both properties, with fully secured yards and controlled ingress and egress points. The properties are centrally located within the business node of Riverside Industrial, close to amenities, with easy access to the N11.
