IN2ASSETS will be auctioning an industrial property and office block in Riverhorse Valley on August 22 at 11am at The Mount Edgecombe Country Club.

The property, 16 Imvubupark Place, has a site area of roughly 50 000m² and is the most visible property in Riverhorse Valley, which is situated in the heart of Durban's premier industrial node. It is convenient­ly located close to all amenities and several major arterial routes.
