AUCOR is facing a hectic schedule with several major auctions to carry out before the year-end shutdown.
On November 29 in Kwazulu-natal, the company will call for bids for properties at Umhlanga Ridge, La Lucia, Margate and Desainagar.
On December 5, Aucor will move into the Central Drakensberg for an on-site property sale in Bergville.
The sale on November 29 will take place at 10.30am at 16 Imvubu Park Place in Riverhorse Valley. On offer will be:
Two two-bedroom fully furnished apartments offering “contemporary living” in Umhlanga Ridge Town Centre. The open-plan units are in a secure complex with a swimming pool and braai facilities. One of the apartments is tenanted.
La Lucia residential property on a 2 177m2 plot with distant sea views. Aucor describes the property as an excellent development opportunity.
Ground-floor holiday apartment at Margate. The 180m2 five-bedroom unit has two undercover parking bays and the complex has access to the beach.

Aucor’s industrial and commercial property sale this Thursday at noon at Houghton Golf Club, on the corner of Osborn Road and Grant Avenue in Joburg, will offer several prime KZN properties to the Gauteng market.
Among the lots will be a warehouse in Isipingo, near the old Durban International Airport.
Situated on a plot of about 53 000m2, and with a gross lettable area of about 4 300m2, the warehouse has separate entrances for multi tenants.
