Amakhosi stars get time off
Kaizer Chiefs stars Nkosingiphile Ngcobo and Reeve Frosler, who arrived back in the country with the SA Under-23 squad, will get some time off to recharge their batteries, starting with the Carling Black Label Cup this afternoon.
The talented players have had a very long season with Amakhosi and they will sit out today’s annual Carling Black Label Cup Soweto derby against Orlando Pirates.
The duo are considered future stars for Amakhosi and Bafana Bafana. They reached the CAF Champions League finals, playing a key role in Chiefs’ historic run in their first CAF Champions League finals. They lost 3-0 to Egypt’s Al Ahly.
