Lehlohonolo Pitse named acting Sanral CEO
Lehlohonolo Pitse has been appointed acting CEO of the South African National Roads Agency (Sanral) following the incumbent Skhumbuzo Macozoma’s request for leave of absence until the end of his contract next month.
Macozoma, who was appointed CEO in 2016, will be on leave from November 17 to November 30. Pitse is the entity’s current chief audit executive.
“The board is at an advanced stage of the recruitment process for CEO of Sanral. Once a suitable candidate has been identified, the name shall be recommended to the minister of transport,” Sanral said.
