The Gheberha, Eastern Cape-based KBS provides professional services and has grown to attract blue-chip clients such as Discovery Health, Digify Africa, Nedbank, MOC Foundation and many others.

“KBS has been doing extremely well since its inception, and we work with some of the most innovative and impact-driven companies on the continent,” Mahamba says.

KBS helps businesses through wellresearched advice, training workshops with regards to content creation, ethical leadership, transformation, social impact and communication.

Mahamba, 32, born in Ibika, Butterworth, Eastern Cape, also serves as executive director of operations at the Association of Christian Congregations of South Africa (Accsa), a relationship that started when Accsa was KBS’S client.

“Through KBS and Accsa I run community centre workshops, employability workshops, crèche and early childhood workshops and so much more,” says Mahamba. “KBS also leads Accsa’s projects to ensure that there is alignment with the organisation’s overall strategic objectives.”

KBS has also launched its Ngwekazi Programme to equip women entrepreneurs with skills.
