“Graduate employability is a topic I am very passionate about. This is a continuation of my Master’s dissertation, which I completed when I was still working at CATHSSETA as a regional manager. I hope that by developing a framework that can be used to implement programmes, such as learnerships and internships that are funded by SETAS, there will be a return on investment in terms of the money invested by the government in these programmes. Learners will reap the benefit due to the streamlined approach in implementing these programmes,” she explains.
